SHIPPING IN NORWAY

Norlender offers free shipping in Norway.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NORWAY

Norlender offers free shipping on all purchases made over 130 USD / 120 GBP / 130 EURO / 1200 NOK. Free shipping is automatically added in checkout when the amount has reached 130 USD / 120 GBP / 130 EURO / 1200 NOK. A shipping fee of 40 USD / 37 GBP / 40 EURO / 400 NOK will be added on all purchases under 130 USD / 120 GBP / 130 EURO / 1200 NOK

Norlender ship with DHL and Norway post. Shipping time varies from country and city. Normal shipping time is from 10 to 15 days. During Covid-19 and before christmas, we have experienced slower shipping. This means that shipping time can go from 15 to 30 days. Are you not able to track your parcel? TAXES

International taxes and customs clearance is charged either by Norlender or by DHL depending on country. Taxes are added in the final stage of checkout when charged by Norlender, and varies from country to country and state to state. International taxes and customs clearance are never included in Norlender’s shipping or product fee, and must therefore always be settled by the purchaser.

 

RETURN POLICY

You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund:
Before you return any products, please call +4756192000 or send a mail to sales@norlender.no.

-       The product will be fully refunded, unless otherwise noted.

-       Norlender does not refund shipping and handling fees, nore the return fees.

-       If the product is returned due to a defect, inaccurate product description or an incorrect order, please call or send a mail to sales@norlender.no. In these cases, you will be compensated for the return shipping and the 25 USD shipping fee if.

-       All items are eligible for return, unless otherwise note don the product page.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please call +4756192000 or send a mail to sales@norlender.no with pictures of the damaged package. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue.


WARRANTY

Norlender Knitwear will always work hard to produce the highest possible quality knitwear. Norlender’s costumers are guaranteed a product made with care and craftsmanship. Our warranty covers therefore material damage in our products that are due to workmanship and material defects. This could be issues like a torn seem or a defect zipper. Norlender’s warranty starts on the day of the purchase, and lasts for 3 years. Note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear like: natural wear on materials and colors over extended use and time, accidents, moths (holes) and improper usage, storage, care, or washing. Some pilling is considered normal wear, and is easily removed with a wool razor or wool shaver.
